One or more items are missing from the delivery – what should I do?Updated a month ago

If the package is intact and the error is believed to be due to a picking error, please contact our customer service with your order number and details about which item or items are missing from the shipment. Please attach a photo of the delivered items if you contact us by email.

If the package is damaged and the contents may have fully or partially fallen out during transport, please attach a photo of the damaged package when contacting our customer service. If the package is picked up at a pickup location, please make sure to report the damage to the postal staff when picking it up.
