One or more items are missing from the delivery – what should I do?Updated a month ago
If the parcel is intact and the error is assumed to be due to a picking error, please contact our customer service with your order number and details of which item or items are missing from the shipment. Please attach a photo of the delivered items if you contact us by email.
If the parcel is damaged and the contents may have wholly or partly fallen out during transport, please attach a photo of the damaged parcel when contacting our customer service. If the parcel is collected from a collection point, please make sure to report the damage to the postal staff when collecting it.
