How do I make a return?Updated a month ago

We always offer a 30-day return policy, giving you plenty of time to try your product at your own pace. This applies to all products, except for individually customised items.

On this page, we explain step by step how to register a return and send your product back easily and conveniently.

Important information – please read before returning:

The product and original packaging must be intact. Instruction manuals and accessories should remain in the package. The product may be tested for function and size but must show no signs of use. If in direct contact with the skin, a protective layer is required, e.g., a sock when testing a heel cup or thin pants when testing knee supports. Returns of products not in like-new condition may be refused.

A return fee is charged to cover handling and shipping costs, which will be deducted from the payment method used at the time of purchase.

For returns of products purchased as part of a multi-buy offer, any discounts will be adjusted if the conditions are no longer met, and the refund will be based on the regular price. See our terms and conditions for more details.

Return instructions:

  1. Register your return: Log in to the website and go to My Account to register your return. All returns must be registered before sending them back to ensure proper handling. or

  2. Approved or denied: Once your return has been registered, we will review your request. You will then receive further instructions via email as soon as the return has been assessed.

  3. Prepare and send your return: For approved returns, a shipping label will be emailed to you, either as a QR code or PDF, which you can use when dropping off the package at your nearest post office. The shipping label is sent in a separate email from Bring.

  4. Receiving your return: Once we have received your package, we will check the condition of the product and notify you when the return has been processed.

  5. Refund: As soon as the return has been processed, we will credit your payment using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
