I want to make a complaint about a product. How do I do that?Updated a month ago

If your product is broken or defective, you need to contact our customer service. Submit your case via our contact form or email us, providing the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Which item it concerns and the quantity

  • LOT/batch number of the product (if possible). This number is usually found on a white label on the item

  • A clear description of the fault, what is not working, and when it was noticed

  • A photo of the product showing the fault or damage (if possible)

Once we have received this information, we will assess the case. For a complaint to be accepted, it must concern a manufacturing defect, not normal wear and tear or external damage.
